DESCRIPTION
COVER
- White fabric with a shiny finish
- Envelope closure that facilitates complete printing
- Includes a specially designed Brildor label with a 3 x 2 cm space to print your company or shop logo or identification. Washing instructions will be visible on the reverse side
- Can also be customised with other techniques such as embroidery, transfer, textile vinyl, DTG, DTF and screen printing
FILLING
- Made of 100% polyester
- Increase the volume or firmness of the filling by acquiring fibre separately
THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND
- For complete cushion prints, it is recommended to print textures or patterns and enlarge the customisable area

WASHING RECOMMENDATIONS
- Maximum washing temperature: 40 °C
- Do not use bleach or dry clean
- Air dry
- Iron at a low temperature
RECOMMENDED SUBLIMATION INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS
Parameters indicated as guidelines. It is recommended to conduct preliminary tests to make necessary adjustments before starting production.
- Print the design in mirror mode
- Heat the press to 200 ºC
- Before sublimating, place a paper inside the inner flap to protect the rest of the cover
- Place the cover on the press base and the printed side of the paper on the cover
- Close the press with medium-high pressure for 25 - 30 seconds
- With the help of a protective glove, remove the freshly printed cover
- Carefully remove the paper
