DESCRIPTION

RECOMMENDED INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS FOR SUBLIMATION PRINTING
Parameters given as a guideline for use with a sublimation oven with vacuum membrane. It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests in order to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.
- Print the design in mirror image
- Preheat the sublimation oven to 200 ºC
- Place the sublimation paper on the plate, fix them with heat-resistant tape, and insert the plate into the insert
- Place the insert with the plate on the oven platform and cover it with protective paper
- Lower the membrane and create a vacuum
- Close the oven for 8 minutes
- Remove the insert from the oven using a protective glove and take the plate out of the insert
- Let it cool in water
