DESCRIPTION

THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND

• Both sides of the pai pai have a protective transparent plastic film that must be removed before sublimation

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

• Align the pieces by placing the handle in front of the fan's slot
• Open the handle and slide the fan until its slot aligns with the handle's slot
• Your pai pai is now assembled

MEASUREMENTS

RECOMMENDED SUBLIMATION INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS

Parameters are indicated as guidelines. It is recommended to conduct preliminary tests to make necessary adjustments before starting production.

• Print the design in mirror mode
• Heat the press to 180 ºC
• Place the fan on the lower plate of the press and the printed side of the paper on the fan
• Close the press with medium-high pressure for 60 seconds
• Use a protective glove to remove the freshly printed fan
• Carefully remove the paper
