DESCRIPTION

• Polyester fabric neckerchief in a bandana shape, in raw colour with a linen-like appearance
• Printable on both sides. No distinction between the front and back of the neckerchief
• Reinforced stitching
• Side slots for easy insertion and removal of the collar from the neckerchief
• Adjustable black nylon collar with a plastic clip buckle
• Includes an aluminium ring to attach the leash, similar to those found in Related Products
• Can also be personalised using other techniques such as DTG, transfer, embroidery, rhinestones, DTF, HTV, and screen printing

RECOMMENDED INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS FOR SUBLIMATION PRINTING

Parameters provided as a guideline. It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests in order to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.

• Print the design in mirror image
• Preheat the press to 180 ºC
• Remove the collar from the neckerchief
• Place the neckerchief on the lower platen of the press and position the printed design on the area to be sublimated. Fix them with heat-resistant tape to prevent movement
• Close the press with medium pressure for 120 seconds
• Remove the newly printed neckerchief using a protective glove
