DESCRIPTION

RECOMMENDED SUBLIMATION INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS
Parameters indicated as guidelines. It is recommended to conduct preliminary tests to make necessary adjustments before starting production.
WITH MUG PRESS
- Print the design in mirror mode
- Heat the press to 180 °C
- Place the paper with the printed side on the mug and secure it with thermal adhesive tape
- Close the press with medium-high pressure for 200 seconds
- Using a protective glove, remove the newly sublimated mug
- Carefully remove the paper
WITH SUBLIMATION OVEN
- Print the design in mirror mode
- Heat the oven to 180 °C
- Place the printed design in mirror mode around the mug and secure it using thermal adhesive tape
- Adjust the clamp, or place the mug inside a shrink wrap bag and heat with a heat gun to avoid wrinkles. You can also use a silicone sheet
- Sublimate in the oven for 13-15 minutes
- Using a protective glove, remove the clamp, silicone sheet, or bag, as applicable
- Carefully remove the paper from the mug
