DESCRIPTION

• Mug with “World's Best Daddy” message inside, perfect as a gift for Father's Day or a birthday
• Cylindrical body customisable over its entire outer surface
• Suitable for customisation with a transfer press using 11 oz heating elements. Also suitable for sublimation oven using clamps, silicone sheets, or shrink bags
• Can also be personalised with other techniques such as DTF, screen printing, transfer, and adhesive vinyl

DIMENSIONS

RECOMMENDED SUBLIMATION INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS

Parameters are provided as a guideline only. They may vary due to factors such as the paper used, inks, or ambient temperature. For this reason, it is recommended to carry out tests.

MUG PRESS

• Print the design in mirror mode
• Heat the press to 180 °C
• Place the paper with the printed side against the mug and secure it with heat-resistant adhesive tape
• Close the press with medium-high pressure for 200 seconds
• Using a protective glove, remove the freshly sublimated mug
• Carefully remove the paper

SUBLIMATION OVEN

• Print the design in mirror mode
• Heat the oven to 180 °C
• Place the mirrored design around the mug and secure it using heat-resistant adhesive tape
• Fit the clamp, or place the mug inside a shrink bag and heat with a heat gun, avoiding the formation of wrinkles. You can also use a silicone sheet
• Sublimate in the oven for 13-15 minutes
• With the help of a protective glove, remove the clamp, silicone sheet, or shrink bag, as appropriate
• Carefully remove the paper from the mug
