DESCRIPTION

• Plate can be sublimated on the white side. Reverse side is silver and not suitable for sublimation

THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND

• The sublimable side of the plate is covered by a protective film. This must be removed before sublimation
• It is recommended to fix the plate to the base carefully. Once adhered, it may break if you try to remove it

MEASUREMENTS

RECOMMENDED SUBLIMATION INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS

Parameters are given as a guideline. It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.

• Print the design in mirror mode
• Heat the press to 200 ºC
• Place the plate on the press base and the printed side of the paper on the plate. Secure it with heat-resistant adhesive tape
• Close the press at medium-high pressure for 40 seconds
• With the help of a protective glove, remove the freshly sublimated plate
• Carefully remove the paper
