DESCRIPTION

• The mini hoop includes: sublimatable backboard, plastic hoop, net, mini ball, screws for the hoop, padded adhesive strips, and 2 suction cups for hanging on smooth surfaces without drilling
• Wooden backboard with glossy white sublimatable face. Brown reverse side
• Soft polyurethane (PU) mini ball
• Supplied disassembled to facilitate customisation of the backboard

THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND

• The customisable side has a protective plastic film that must be removed before sublimation. For extra protection, some backboards may also have an additional paper layer that can be easily removed

RECOMMENDED SUBLIMATION INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS

Parameters provided as a guideline. It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.

• Print the design in mirror mode
• Heat the press to 180 ºC
• Remove the protective film from the sublimatable face of the backboard
• Place the backboard on the press base and the printed side of the paper on top of the backboard. Secure them with heat-resistant adhesive tape
• Close the press with medium pressure for 60 seconds
• With the help of a protective glove, remove the freshly sublimated backboard
• Carefully remove the paper
• Assemble the hoop
