DESCRIPTION

• To add to your catalogue of personalised products for events, fairs, hospitality...
• White sublimable face with glossy finish. Brown colour on the back and edges
• Rectangular identification plates with rounded corners
• Can also be customised with other techniques such as laser engraving, UV DTF or adhesive vinyl

ACCESSORIES FOR ATTACHING TO THE BADGES

SAFETY PINS

• Metal pin that attaches to the garment
• Secure closure to prevent the pin from opening
• Flat plastic base of 37 mm with adhesive for attaching to the badge

MAGNETS

• Secure attachment of the badge to the garment
• Prevents damage to the fabric
• Plastic base with 2 o 3 neodymium magnets. Placed inside the garment to hold the badge
• Metal plate with adhesive for attaching to the badge

THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND

• The customisable face has a protective plastic film that must be removed before sublimating. For added protection, the film on some panels may include an additional layer of paper that can be easily removed
• The safety pin or magnet should be attached to the back of the badge after sublimating

DIMENSIONS

INSTRUCTIONS AND RECOMMENDED SUBLIMATION PARAMETERS

Parameters indicated as guidelines. It is recommended to conduct preliminary tests to make necessary adjustments before starting production.

• Print the design in mirror mode
• Heat the press to 200 °C
• Remove the protective paper and transparent plastic film from the badge
• Place the badge on the base plate of the press and the printed side of the paper on the badge
• Close the press at medium pressure for 40-45 seconds
• With the help of a protective glove, remove the freshly printed badge
• Carefully remove the paper
• Attach the safety pin or magnet to the back of the badge
