THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND

• The printable side of the panel is supplied with a protective plastic film that must be removed before sublimation
• The tray should be assembled after sublimating the panel
• The panel can also be used as a flat photo panel

DIMENSIONS

RECOMMENDED INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS FOR SUBLIMATION PRINTING

Parameters provided as a guideline. It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests in order to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.

• Print the design in mirror image
• Preheat the press to 200 ºC
• Place the panel on the lower platen of the press with protective paper and the printed side of the paper against the panel
• Cover the panel with protective paper
• Close the press with a medium-high pressure for 45-55 seconds
• Remove the newly printed panel using a protective glove
• Peel off the paper carefully
