DESCRIPTION

• Ideal as a gift for special occasions such as anniversaries, Valentine’s Day, etc.
• Acrylic photo letters sublimatable on the reverse (white side). The image can be seen through the transparent side with a 3D effect
• Photo letters made from natural wood with grain, sublimatable on the lightest and smoothest side
• Self-standing due to their thickness, but also include a stand for added stability
• Rounded edges and corners
• Can also be personalised with laser engraving, DTF, screen printing, adhesive vinyl, and UV printing

THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND

• They may include a protective paper or plastic film on one or both sides, which must be removed before sublimation
• Acrylic photo letters are sublimated in direct mode. Wooden ones in mirror mode
• After transfer, allow to cool on a flat surface with a weight on top to avoid possible warping

TIPS AND ADVICE

• For wooden photo letters, choose designs and colours that highlight the natural grain

DIMENSIONS

RECOMMENDED SUBLIMATION INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS

Parameters indicated are for guidance only. It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.

• Print the design in mirror mode for wooden photo letters or direct mode for acrylic ones
• Heat the press to 180 ºC for wooden photo letters or 190 ºC for acrylic ones
• Remove the protective paper or plastic layer from both sides
• Place the photo letter on the base plate of the press and the printed side of the paper on the sublimatable side. Secure with heat-resistant adhesive tape
• Close the press at medium pressure for 70-100 seconds
• With the help of a protective glove, remove the freshly sublimated photo letter
• Carefully remove the paper
