DESCRIPTION

• Ideal for creating personalised games or using as contact cards, business cards, educational flashcards...
• Fully sublimable surface
• Rounded corners
• No lamination required
• PET cards come in a transparent plastic box. Can be personalised with adhesive vinyl or UV DTF (Ref. 055463)

THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND

• Cardstock cards have a different shade of white compared to plastic cards

TIPS AND ADVICE

For batch sublimation:

• Prepare the design in A3 format
• Arrange the cards in rows on the printed paper with the design
• Use FIX 500 to adhere the cards to the printed design and reinforce with thermal tape
• Flip, place another protective sheet on top to avoid ink stains, and sublimate

Conduct a preliminary test before mass production.

MEASUREMENTS

RECOMMENDED SUBLIMATION INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS

Parameters indicated are for guidance only. It is recommended to conduct preliminary tests to make necessary adjustments before starting production.

• Print the design in mirror mode
• Heat the press to 180 °C
• Place protective paper and the card on the base plate of the press with the printed side of the paper on the side to be sublimated
• Close the press at medium pressure for 60 seconds
• With the help of a protective glove, remove the freshly printed card
• Carefully remove the paper
• Repeat the process for the other side
