DESCRIPTION

• Perfect for personalising and using as seats in stadium stands, concerts, sporting events, outdoor activities, etc.
• Only the white side is suitable for sublimation. The black side can be personalised with DTF
• Black fabric handle sewn in for easy carrying
• Side closure with invisible black zip
• Heat-resistant foam filling, does not need to be removed before sublimation
• Can also be personalised with DTG, heat transfer vinyl, screen printing, embroidery, transfer, rhinestones, etc.

THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND

• The black side is not suitable for sublimation
• We recommend leaving 0.5 cm around the zip to avoid damaging it
• To personalise with DTF, follow the time, temperature and pressure parameters recommended by the film manufacturer. Also ensure not to exceed the maximum temperature the fabric can withstand

MEASUREMENTS

RECOMMENDED SUBLIMATION INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS

Parameters are for guidance only. It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.

• Print the design on paper in mirror mode
• Heat the press to 200 ºC
• Place the cover on the lower plate of the press and the printed side of the paper on top of the cover. Secure them with heat-resistant tape to prevent movement
• Close the press with medium-high pressure for 40-50 seconds
• With the help of a protective glove, remove the freshly sublimated cover
• Carefully remove the paper
