DESCRIPTION

• Sofa beds for small or medium-sized pets. Completely machine washable
• The plush cushion is separate from the bed structure and can be sublimated independently
• To sublimate the terry cushion, simply open the bed by unfastening the corners. It will lay completely flat for easy ironing. The sides are also sublimable
• The terry bed structure is assembled by simply snapping the fasteners together to join the sides
• Cotton fabric beds: beige or grey depending on the model. Polyester cushions
• Padded filling of 100% polyester hollow siliconised fibre
• Base of the beds with black nylon plush cushion with anti-slip dots
• Includes a label with a space of 3 x 2.5 cm to stamp your company or shop logo or identification
• Customisable with DTF, screen printing, textile vinyl, embroidery, transfer, DTG...

WASHING RECOMMENDATIONS

• Machine washable using the delicate cycle at no more than 40 ºC
• Do not dry clean or tumble dry
• Do not use bleach

RECOMMENDED SUBLIMATION INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS

Parameters indicated as guidelines. It is recommended to conduct preliminary tests to make necessary adjustments before starting production.

• Print the design in mirror mode
• Heat the press to 190-200 ºC
• Place protective paper on the lower plate of the press. This will prevent the back from getting stained
• Place the cushion on the lower plate of the press and the printed design on top. Secure it with heat-resistant tape
• Close the press with medium pressure for 70-60 seconds
• Using a protective glove, remove the freshly printed bed
• Carefully remove the paper
