DESCRIPTION

• Ideal for personalising to match the décor of home bathrooms, offices, spas, beauty centres...
• Also useful for other types of liquids such as creams, antibacterial gel...
• Lid with pump dispenser that fits tightly into the tub, creating a vacuum effect. This will prevent spills through the dispenser hole and around the edges of the tub

THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND

• Suitable for personalisation with a heat press using 10-11 oz heating elements. Also with a sublimation oven using wraps, silicone sheets or heat shrink bags
• Remove the pump lid before sublimating the tub

DIMENSIONS

RECOMMENDED INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS FOR SUBLIMATION PRINTING

Parameters provided as a guideline. It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests in order to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.

WITH A MUG HEAT PRESS

• Print the design in mirror image
• Preheat the press with a 10-11oz heating element to 200 ºC
• Hold the paper's printed side against the tub and fix it with heat-resistant tape
• Close the press at medium-high pressure for 180 seconds
• Remove the newly printed tub using a protective glove
• Peel off the paper carefully

WITH A 3D OVEN

• Print the design in mirror image
• Preheat the sublimation oven to 200 ºC
• Hold the paper's printed side against the tub and fix it with heat-resistant tape
• Fit a sublimation oven wrap or silicone sheet around the tub or create a vacuum with a heat shrink bag
• Place the tub in the oven for 15 minutes
• Remove the tub using a protective glove at the end of the process
• Peel off the paper carefully
