THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND

• To customise with DTF, follow the time, temperature, and pressure parameters recommended by the film manufacturer. Also ensure that you do not exceed the maximum temperature the fabric can withstand

MEASUREMENTS

WASHING RECOMMENDATIONS

• Hand wash or machine wash at a maximum temperature of 30 ºC
• Air dry
• Do not use bleach

RECOMMENDED SUBLIMATION INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS

Parameters are for guidance only. It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.

• Print the design in mirror mode
• Heat the press to 200 ºC
• Place the cap on the cap press base and the printed side of the paper on the white panel
• Close the press with medium pressure for 30 seconds
• With the help of a protective glove, remove the freshly customised cap
• Carefully remove the paper
