THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND
- The customisable side has a clear plastic protective film that must be removed before sublimation
- To avoid damaging the cork base, it should be applied after sublimating the placemat

RECOMMENDED SUBLIMATION INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS
Parameters indicated are for guidance only. It is recommended to conduct preliminary tests to make necessary adjustments before starting production.
- Print the design in mirror mode
- Heat the press to 200 °C
- Remove the protective film from the white side of the placemat
- Place the placemat on the press and the printed design on top. Secure them with heat-resistant adhesive tape
- Close the press at a medium pressure for 90 seconds
- Using a protective glove, remove the newly sublimated placemat
- Carefully remove the paper
- Adhere the cork sheet to the silver reverse of the placemat
