DESCRIPTION

• Perfect for creating product labels, personalised stickers, packaging adhesives, crafts... and then applying them to smooth, non-porous surfaces
• Quick drying
• Easy to use: the design is printed on sublimation paper (purchased separately) and then transferred to the adhesive vinyl with a heat press
• The sublimatable side (glossy) is easily distinguished from the non-sublimatable side (matte)

• Always print the design on sublimation paper; do not print directly onto the adhesive vinyl

• Keep the vinyl in its original packaging to ensure its quality
• Avoid exposure to heat and direct sunlight
• Store in a dry place with low humidity

TECHNICAL DATA

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

Parameters indicated are for guidance only. It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.

• Print the design in mirror mode with sublimation inks and paper
• Wait for the print to dry to avoid smudging
• Heat the press to 190 ºC
• Place the vinyl on the press plate with the sublimatable side facing up. Now place the paper with the printed side facing the vinyl, in contact with it
• Secure them with heat-resistant tape and cover with protective paper
• Close the press with low pressure for 40 seconds
• Cut the already sublimated adhesive vinyl with a cutting plotter, scissors, craft knife, etc.
