DESCRIPTION
Metallic silver vinyl for textile transfer on light and dark fabrics.
- First, transfer the vinyl to the garment, then print the sublimation paper, and finally sublimate the vinyl on the silver side
- The colour of the garment acts as a background, showing between each square of the vinyl
- Includes transfer sheet
- Manufactured by Bestsub
THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND
- After printing the vinyl with sublimation ink, allow it to dry. It can be transferred to the garment when the ink is dry to the touch
- Wait 24 hours before the first wash
TRANSFER PARAMETERS
- Temperature: 180 ºC
- Time: 10 seconds
- Pressure: 2.5-3 bar [medium pressure]
SUBLIMATION PARAMETERS
- Temperature: 195 ºC
- Pressure: 2.5-3.0 bar [medium pressure]
- Time: 25 seconds
APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
- Print the design in mirror mode on the sublimation paper
- Cut the vinyl to the size of the sublimation paper sheet
- Heat the press to 180 ºC
- Place the garment on the press and pre-press for 4-5 seconds to remove wrinkles and moisture from the fabric
- Place the vinyl on the garment with the silver side facing up
- Remove the liner
- Place the vinyl on the garment with the sublimable side facing up
- Press with medium pressure for 10 seconds
- Remove the liner
- Place the design face down, i.e., in contact with the grid of the vinyl. Secure it with heat-resistant tape
- Place protective paper on top
- Press at 195 ºC with medium pressure for 25 seconds
- Remove the sublimation paper
- Allow the ink to dry before using the garment
WASH RESISTANCE
- Wash the garment inside out
- Use mild detergents
- Air dry
- Iron the garment inside out
