DESCRIPTION
- Made of zinc alloy with faux leather (PU) tassels
- Plate with a white sublimable face. Silver reverse

- The customisable face of the plate has a transparent plastic protective film that must be removed before sublimation

INSTRUCTIONS AND RECOMMENDED SUBLIMATION PARAMETERS
Parameters indicated as guidelines. It is recommended to perform preliminary tests to make necessary adjustments before starting production.
- Print the design in mirror mode
- Heat the press to 180 ºC
- Remove the protective plastic from the customisable face of the plate
- Place the plate on the base of the press with the printed side of the paper in contact with the plate. Due to its small size, a small plate press can be used
- Close the press with medium pressure for 45 seconds
- Using a protective glove, remove the freshly sublimated plate
- Carefully remove the paper
- Remove the adhesive from the customisable area of the keychain, centre the plate, and fix it
