DESCRIPTION

BRACELETS

• Flat strips of polished stainless steel. Rounded ends
• Customisable on both sides
• Easy to bend and shape

FLEX BAR (BENDER)

• Manual stainless steel tool
• Bends the bracelet after engraving, without deforming the material or the design
• Ensures a uniform curvature radius and provides precision during shaping
• Simple to use: place the engraved bracelet in the guide and apply gradual pressure until you achieve the desired shape

BENDING PLIERS

• Manual tool for final curvature adjustments
• Allows you to open/close, correct the shape of the bracelet and adjust the ends
• Tips with silicone interior to protect the surface of the bracelet
• Does not mark or damage the stainless steel during use

THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND

• It is recommended to engrave the pieces before bending them. This makes it easier to position the engraving and ensures a more uniform result
• The engraving will have the silver colour of the bracelet base

TIPS AND ADVICE

• You can alter the colour of the engraving with solid wax or Enduramark coating (see Related Products)

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

1. Engrave the bracelet while flat
2. Place the bracelet in the bender guide. Ensure the design is on the outside of the bracelet
3. Gradually press with your hands to bend the material. Repeat until you achieve the desired bracelet opening
4. Check that both ends are aligned and the curvature is even
5. Use the bending pliers in areas where you need to correct or adjust the curvature
6. Apply gradual pressure with the pliers, without forcing the material, until the final adjustment is achieved
