DESCRIPTION

• Recommended for use with screen printing machines with more than one station, such as carousel or octopus types
• Facilitates the curing of each ink layer during the screen printing process
• Carbon fibre infrared lamps for rapid heating. It is possible to work with 2, 4, or 6 lamps at once
• Double hot air fan for quick drying
• Photoelectric sensor activates the flash when the garment is placed under the head. After the pre-drying time, it deactivates and goes into standby mode
• Control panel with switches and buttons to adjust work programmes
• Adjustable height up to 30 cm and secured with 2 handles
• 4 wheels for easy movement. Includes brakes on the 2 rear wheels
• The purchase of the pre-drying flash includes additional accessories: 1 infrared lamp, 1 ON/OFF rocker switch, and 1 set of screws
• You can purchase replacement IR lamps separately (Ref. 049003)
• Single-phase connection. No plug

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

CONTROL PANEL

• Press + (plus) and - (minus) to set the drying time
• Use "reset" to restore the drying time
• Use "start" to begin pre-drying
• Switches:
  • On / off
  • Heater 1: uses the first 2 lamps
  • Heater 2: drying using the 2 middle lamps
  • Heater 3: drying with the final 2 lamps
  • "Auto fanner" for drying using the sensor and "cont fanner" to use the fan continuously

MODES OF USE

• Automatic: allows setting a specific time (1-200 s). When the garment is placed under the sensor, the lamps start heating until the specified time has elapsed
• Continuous: set the time to 000 s. The lamps will be active as long as the item is under the sensor. Removing the dryer or the machine base will stop the lamps from heating
