- These mugs are of AB quality and therefore may have some surface irregularities such as small bumps or nicks, slight colour flaws...
- When engraved with laser on its outer surface the image o text will be white
- In case of customising the mug with multitrans, self-adhesive vinyl o DTF it is advisable to wash it by hand in order to preserve its image printed
