Terms and conditions of the Brildor Club

  • Loyalty balance will be added when placing an order with an immediate payment method (Credit/debit card, Paypal and Pagantis).
  • Your balance will show in the "Your credit" section inside "Your account", and you can use it by selecting "Payment methods".
  • You can use your balance without needing to have a minimum accumulated amount or reach a minimum order value. Nonetheless, you won't be able to get a higher discount than your order value.
  • Balance expires after 6 months without making any purchase.
  • The balance is calculated on the net amount of the purchase: excluding taxes, shipping, coupons, and promotional discounts.
  • The cancellation of an order implies the loss of the balance generated in that purchase.
  • On a full-order return, the amount to be refunded will be the amount paid by the customer.
  • If the return of the order is due to causes beyond the control of Brildor, the redeemed balance won't be restored. However, the balance generated with this purchase won't be removed.

MIRROR BADGE WITH STAND - REF. 032725

The badge has a mirror on its back. It includes a metal stand to hold the badge with the mirror and place it on flat surfaces like a table, a dresser or a vanity. It can rotate on the metal stand which makes it possible to alternate the side you want to show. Sale unit: 10-badge bags.

  • 1 protective plastic film (Mylar).
  • 1 metal plate to personalise (front).
  • 1 metal stand.
  • 1 piece of foam rubber with an adhesive to fix the mirror to the front plate.
  • 1 mirror + 1 round black plastic frame (back).

How to personalise Ø100 mm button badges?

STEP 1: PRINT THE DESIGN

  • Design the motif that you want to place on the badge. Use images, photos, logos... and a lot of creativity.
  • Prepare a template according to the size and shape of the badge. Remember that the template must have an additional border, on the outside, to fold and attach the design to the back of the badge.
  • Print your design on paper, with your usual printer. It is recommended to use paper sheets with a 100-110 g/m2 thickness. You can personalise badges with other materials like fabric or vinyl but, for an easier explanation, we will suppose you will be using paper.

Download the template to help you print your button badges in eps, psd or pdf format.

STEP 2: TRIM THE DESIGN

  • Cut the printed paper on the outermost edge. You may use scissors or a utility knife (cutter). It is convenient to use a die cutting machine or a plotter to be able to cut several designs at the same time. It will help you gain precision and speed, achieving a straight, clean, and homogeneous cut. (see in Related Products).

STEP 3: ASSEMBLE THE BADGES

  • Prepare the badge making machine.
  • Set up the Ø100 mm round mould. Remember to place the collet on Part A (included with the mould).
  • Place the front of the badge on the mould's Part A, with the sharp metal edge down.
  • On this plate, place the design that you previously trimmed, and cover it with the protective plastic film.
  • Rotate the base until the Upper Part aligns with Part A.
  • Hold the machine with one hand and push the lever down with the other one. Apply pressure and pull the lever up. The front plate will remain on the Upper Part of the mould.
  • Place the back of the badge on Part B, with the sharp metal edge up. Try to align the plate with the positioning pin to ensure its correct orientation. In the case of the mirror badges model you must first place the frame with the edge facing up, then the mirror face down. Finally, stick the piece of foam rubber to the back of the mirror.
  • Rotate the base of the machine until the Upper Part aligns with Part B.
  • Hold the machine with one hand and push the lever down with the other one. Apply pressure and pull it back up.
  • Rotate the base of the machine again and remove the badge.
  • In the case of the mirror badges, do not forget to place the metal stand. To do so, you must insert its two ends into the two holes in the frame.
