DESCRIPTION

THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND
- If the design has a black background, there may be a visible colour difference between the mug’s black and the sublimated black. To reduce this effect, set the black value to 100% in Photoshop or any other design software

RECOMMENDED SUBLIMATION INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS
Parameters provided for guidance only. It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.
USING A MUG PRESS
- Print the design in mirror mode
- Preheat the press to 200 ºC
- Place the printed paper around the mug and secure it with heat-resistant adhesive tape
- Close the press with medium-high pressure for 180 seconds
- With the help of a protective glove, remove the freshly printed mug
- Carefully remove the paper
USING A SUBLIMATION OVEN
- Print the design in mirror mode
- Preheat the oven to 180 ºC
- Place the printed paper around the mug and secure it with heat-resistant adhesive tape
- Adjust the clamp or place the mug in a shrink bag and heat with a heat gun. You can also use a silicone sheet
- Sublimate in the oven for 13-15 minutes
- With the help of a protective glove, remove the clamp, silicone sheet or shrink bag, as appropriate
- Carefully remove the paper from the mug
