DESCRIPTION

• Perfect as souvenirs, as well as for events and special occasions like birthdays, surprise parties, magic shows...
• Thermochromic. They change colour with temperature. The black colour gradually disappears when filled with hot liquid, revealing the sublimated image, and returns to the initial colour when cooled, hiding the image
• Cylindrical body with a black exterior, suitable for sublimation. White interior
• Suitable for customization with a transfer press using 11 oz resistances. Also with a sublimation oven using clamps, silicone sheets, or shrink bags

THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND

• They are personalized like any sublimation mug, no special treatment or coating is required
• The sublimated image will be slightly visible on the black surface of the mug, like a negative image

MEASUREMENTS

RECOMMENDED SUBLIMATION INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS

Parameters are indicative and may vary due to factors such as the paper used, inks, or ambient temperature. Therefore, it is recommended to conduct tests.

WITH MUG PRESS

• Print the design in mirror mode
• Heat the press to 180 ºC
• Place the paper with the printed side on the mug and secure it with thermal adhesive tape
• Close the press with medium-high pressure for 200 seconds
• Using a protective glove, remove the freshly sublimated mug
• Carefully remove the paper

WITH SUBLIMATION OVEN

• Print the design in mirror mode
• Heat the oven to 180 ºC
• Place the printed design in mirror mode around the mug and secure it using thermal adhesive tape
• Adjust the clamp, or place the mug inside a shrink bag and heat with a heat gun to avoid wrinkles. You can also use a silicone sheet
• Sublimate in the oven for 13-15 minutes
• Using a protective glove, remove the clamp, silicone sheet, or shrink bag, as applicable
• Carefully remove the paper from the mug
