DESCRIPTION

• Caps in adult size with soft touch, perfect for printing sports logos, advertising, etc.
• Rigid, curved visor
• Reflective stripes on both sides of the cap in grey colour
• They have 7 panels: 1 front, 2 sides and 2 upper panels
• They can also be customised with other techniques such as embroidery, rhinestones, textile vinyl and screen printing
  

THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND

• Be sure to protect the reflective stripes with heat tape to prevent them from being damaged during sublimation
• On the closing tape the sublimatable part is the looped front part. The looped part is not customisable
• The shade of the colours of the red, blue and grey caps will blend in with the colours of the image to be printed. One way to minimise this effect is to choose designs with dark colours

WASHING RECOMMENDATIONS

• Hand wash or machine wash at a maximum temperature of 30 °C
• Air dry
• Do not bleach

RECOMMENDED INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS FOR SUBLIMATION PRINTING

Parameters are given as a guide only. They can vary due to many factors such as the sublimation paper used, inks or ambient temperature. For this reason, testing is recommended.

• Print the design in mode mirror
• Preheat the press to 200 ºC
• Place the cap on the base of the press and the printed part of the paper on the fabric
• Close the press with medium-high pressure for 35 seconds
• With the help of a protective glove, remove the freshly printed cap
• Carefully peel off the paper
