RECOMMENDED INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS FOR SUBLIMATION PRINTING
Parameters given for guidance only. It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests in order to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.
CUP IRON
- Print on design in mode mirror
- Preheat the press to 180 °C
- Remove the cap from the bottle
- Place the printed design around the bottle and fix it with heat-sensitive tape
- Place a silicone sheet around the bottle and adjust the resistance of 6-9 oz on top of it
- Close the press with medium pressure for 200 seconds
- With the help of a protective glove remove the freshly sublimated bottle
- Carefully peel off the paper
SUBLIMATION OVEN
- Print the design in mode mirror
- Heat the oven to 180-200 °C
- Remove the cap from the bottle
- Place the printed design around the bottle and fix it with heat-shrink tape
- Place and tighten the clamp or insert the bottle into a shrink bag and heat seal with the heat gun. You can also use a silicone sheet
- Place the thermos flask in the oven for 8 minutes
- With the help of a protective glove, remove the clamp, the silicone film or remove the bag, depending on the case
- Carefully peel off the paper from the water bottle
