RECOMMENDED INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS FOR SUBLIMATION PRINTING
Parameters given as a guideline. They can vary due to many factors such as the paper used, the inks or ambient temperature. For this reason, it is recommended to perform tests.
WITH A CUP IRON
Print the design in image mirror
Preheat the press to 200 ºC
Hold the paper's printed side against the mug and fix it with heat-resistant tape
Close the press with medium-high pressure for 180 seconds
With the help of a protective glove, remove the mug freshly printed
Carefully peel off the paper
WITH SUBLIMATION OVEN
Print the design in image mirror
Heat the oven to 180 °C
Hold the paper's printed side against the mug and fix it with heat-resistant tape
Adjust the wrap around it or slide it into a heat shrink bag and heat it with a heat gun. You can also use a silicone sheet
Sublime in the oven for 13-15 minutes
Using a protective glove, remove the wrap, the silicone sheet, or the bag, depending on the accessory you used
