DESCRIPTION
- Cutting head with cemented carbide blades, featuring high hardness and good wear resistance
- Anodised aluminium blade holder with adjustable needle height
- Easily replace the blade, as the internal magnet of the blade holder allows for quick fitting
THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND
- Ensure the blade is correctly fitted into the blade holder
- The greater the blade angle, the deeper it will penetrate vertically, allowing for cutting thicker materials
- The colour of the protective cap helps identify the blades: red for 45º, blue for 60º, and green for Deep Cut
- Conduct preliminary tests on blade placement and adjustment before starting production
RECOMMENDATIONS
- Keep the blade and the inside of the blade holder clean. Accumulation of debris inside can hinder rotation and affect the cutting process
- Make cuts with the appropriate depth. Avoid cutting through the vinyl carrier paper or liner
- If the blade is correctly adjusted, you will extend its lifespan
- To adjust the blade height, turn the inner ring with the main screw and tighten the ring to lock the blade
