DESCRIPTION
- Suitable for food consumption. Does not transfer taste to the drink
- Interior made of 304 stainless steel for greater durability. Enhances thermal insulation
- Black lid with anti-leak silicone seal. White (Ref. 054690) or black (Ref. 037031) interior mouth
- The lid opens by pressing the button. It has a safety ring to prevent accidental opening
- Mouth size is suitable for easy refilling and cleaning of the thermos
- The 450 ml thermos includes a black plastic base that is attached after sublimation by applying only pressure (Ref. 037031)
- The 400 ml thermos comes with a grey non-slip silicone pad with adhesive for easy attachment to the base after sublimation (Ref. 054690)
- Can also be customised using other techniques such as screen printing, adhesive vinyl, DTF, and UV printing
- Presented in an individual box
THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND
- Although the box indicates the thermos is 500 ml, its actual capacity once closed is 400 ml (Ref. 037031) and 450 ml (Ref. 054690)
- The thermos with a black base is easily sublimable over its entire surface due to its shape (Ref. 037031). The one with a white base is cylindrical only in its central part. It is recommended to sublimate leaving 1.5/2 cm of space between the design and its edges (rim and base) (Ref. 054690)

RECOMMENDED INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS FOR SUBLIMATION PRINTING
Parameters given for guidance only. It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests in order to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.
WITH CUP IRON
- Print the design in mirror mode
- Preheat the press to 200 ºC
- Remove the lid and the base of the thermos flask
- Place the paper with the printed design around the thermos flask and fix it with heat adhesive tape
- Close the press with medium pressure for 35 seconds
- With the help of a protective glove, remove the freshly printed thermos flask
- Carefully remove the paper
WITH A SUBLIMATION OVEN
- Print the design in mirror mode
- Heat the oven to 200 ºC
- Remove the lid from the water bottle
- Place the printed design around the thermos and fix it with heat seal tape
- Place and tighten the clamp or insert the thermos into a shrink bag and heat seal with the heat gun. You can also use a silicone film
- Sublime in the oven for 6-7 minutes
- With the help of a protective glove, remove the freshly sublimated thermos flask
- Carefully remove the paper
