DESCRIPTION

Ideal for customising with emblems or crests of institutions, associations, clubs, sports teams and more
Nylon fringe trimming. Available in white, black, blue and gold
Reverse side in matt white, semi-rigid interlining. Provides strength and reinforces the body of the pennant
It has a seam at the top for inserting the wooden rod
It can also be personalised with other techniques such as embroidery, transfer or HTV

RECOMMENDED INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS FOR SUBLIMATION PRINTING

Parameters provided as a guideline. It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests in order to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.

Print the design in mirror image
Preheat the press to 200 °C
Place the pennant on the lower platen of the press with its white glossy side facing up and the paper's printed side against it. Fix it with heat-resistant tape
Make sure the thread is outside the press before sublimating
Press for 45 seconds, medium-heavy pressure
Remove the newly printed pennant using a protective glove
Carefully peel off the paper
Insert the stick through the top of the pennant and attach the end caps
