DESCRIPTION

THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND

RECOMMENDED INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS FOR SUBLIMATION PRINTING

Parameters given for guidance only. It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests in order to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.

• Print the design in mode image
• Removes the film clear protecting the panel
• Preheat the press to 180 ºC
• Place protective paper on the lower platen of the press
• Place the panel on the lower platen on the press
• Pre-iron for 15-20 seconds. This will remove any residue humidity that may have been absorbed by the wood. In this way, it will not peel or crack
• Place the printed side of the paper on the side to be sublimated. Secure with heat adhesive tape
• Close the press with medium pressure during 70-90 seconds
• With the help of gloves protective film, remove the panel the new printed
• Carefully peel off the paper
