DESCRIPTION

• Breathable knitted fabric with a soft cotton touch
• Short sleeve and round neck made from non-deformable elastane
• Sublimatable over the entire surface. Allows all-over or full print designs
• They can also be customised with other techniques such as DTF, DTG, embroidery, rhinestones, transfer, heat transfer vinyl or screen printing

• T-shirts may show slight variations in shade, size by measurement, and shape. This depends on the production batch

TIPS AND TRICKS

• Sometimes the sublimation paper leaves marks on the T-shirt during pressing. You can purchase anti-marking foam to create a cushioning layer to help reduce these marks in Related Products
• To avoid ghosting caused by slight displacement of the paper during heat transfer, use the temporary spray adhesive found in Related Products

WASHING RECOMMENDATIONS

• Machine washable at a maximum temperature of 40 ºC
• Do not bleach or dry clean
• Preferably air dry

RECOMMENDED INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS FOR SUBLIMATION PRINTING

Parameters are given for guidance only. It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests in order to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.

• Print the design in mirror mode
• Preheat the press to 200 ºC
• Use a lint remover brush to clean the garment to remove any impurities or dust that may cause stains
• Place protective paper inside the t-shirt so that the design does not sublimate on the back
• Place the t-shirt on the lower platen of the press and the printed part of the paper on the t-shirt
• Cover with protective paper
• Close the press with medium-high pressure for 40-50 seconds
• With the help of a protective glove, remove the newly printed t-shirt
• Carefully peel off the paper
