DESCRIPTION

• 5 panels: 1 front and 4 side panels
• Rigid, curved visor
• Velcro strap to adjust the size of the cap
• One size fits all for boys and girls
• They can also be personalised with other techniques such as DTF, textile vinyl, embroidery, rhinestones, screen printing, DTG and transfer

THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND

• The black cap is not suitable for sublimation. It is recommended to use an alternative technique
• The colour of the caps will blend in with the colour of the image to be printed. One way to minimise this effect is to choose dark coloured designs
• The velcro strip should be left out of the iron during sublimation

• Maximum washing temperature: 30 ºC
• Do not bleach

RECOMMENDED INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS FOR SUBLIMATION PRINTING

Parameters indicated with as a guideline. They may vary due to many factors such as the sublimation paper used, the inks or ambient temperature. For this reason, it is recommended to carry out tests.

• Print the design at mode mirror
• Preheat the press to 190 ºC
• Place the cap on the base of the press and the printed part of the paper on the fabric
• Close the press with medium-high pressure for 45 seconds
• With the help of a protective glove, remove the freshly printed cap
• Peel off the paper carefully
