He comprado todas las máquinas y accesorios para mi taller en Brildor, y hasta el momento la experiencia ha sido excelente. Desde la plancha para sublimación hasta la plancha textilcon todos los accesorios, y la específica para gorras y etiquetas, todas han cumplido con mis expectativas. También adquirí la máquina láser con sus respectivos accesorios, el plotter de corte, la impresora de sublimación, y varias planchas pequeñas que me ayudan con objetos más complicados.

Le doy un 5, aunque hace unos días le habría dado un 0. El motivo del cambio de puntuación es el siguiente.... Tras comprar todo el equipo para comenzar mi andadura en el mundo del marcaje de ropa, todo el personal de Brildor desapareció (la comercial básicamente que tanto me había asegurado que me iba a acompañar en estos inicios). Sin saber usar la maquina ni el programa y sin que nadie atendiese el teléfono mi situación era desesperante. Hasta que por fin me atendió ZAIRA. No le puedo estar más agradecido, por su educación, su comprensión, su simpatía y sobre todo porque, después de hablar con ella, a los 5 minutos estaba llamándome el técnico y dándome soluciones.

No puedo estar más contenta con el servicio técnico de Brildor, Sergio derrocha empatía por los 4 costados, me ha ayudado a cambiar una de las piezas de la máquina averiada y sin él no lo hubiera conseguido. He realizado varios pedidos de productos para sublimación y nunca he tenido ni un problema, compra fácil, entrega rápida. Contenta con todos los productos, sobretodo con las tazas AA Orca que son de muy buena calidad y la sublimación resiste muy muy bien (me he llevado algún disgusto en otras tiendas con tazas que se estropea la imagen en el lavaplatos)

Atencion de 10. Hemos cogido la maquina dtf Prestige R2 Pro y la atencion ha sido muy buena. Siempre que pueden, ( porke tienen mucho trabajo esta gente) están para lo que haga falta. En mi caso al al principio jose luis nos atendio muy bien a la hora de haer el presupuesto y demás, pero despues está el SAT (sevicio técnico) y me atendió Sergio. Tuve un problema con el software del programa y la verdad que se ha portado de 10. En todo momento dandome consejos y haciendo él la instalacion del programa. Trato de 10. Gracias sergio
