RECOMMENDED INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS FOR SUBLIMATION PRINTING
Parameters are given as a guide only. They may vary due to many factors such as the paper used, the inks or ambient temperature. For this reason, it is recommended to carry out tests.
WITH A CUP IRON
Print the design in image mirror
Preheat the press to 200 °C
Place the paper with the printed side on the mug and stick it to it with adhesive tape.
Close the press at medium-high pressure for 180 seconds
With the help of a protective glove, remove the newly printed mug the freshly printed
Carefully peel off the paper
WITH CUP BAKING OVEN/3D OVEN
Print the design in image mirror
Heat the sublimation oven to a 200 °C
Place the printed side of the paper on the mug. Place the printed part of the envelope on the envelope, stick it with heat adhesive tape and use a clamp to sublimation oven
Place the mug in the oven for 15 minutes
At the end of the process, remove the mug with the help of a protective glove
