RECOMMENDED INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS FOR SUBLIMATION PRINTING
Parameters given for guidance only. It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests in order to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.
Before sublimation, it is recommended to shake off the adhesive and to clean the part to be placed on the t-shirt and clean with an adhesive lint remover brush the part that will be placed on the sublimation surface. This removes impurities and dust that could cause stains and smudges
Print the design in mode mirror
Preheat the press to 200 ºC
Place the t-shirt on the base of the press and the printed part of the paper on the t-shirt
Close the press at medium-high pressure for 35 seconds
With the help of a protective glove, remove the newly printed t-shirt the freshly printed
