DESCRIPTION

  • Ideal for making new bags by adding flap to personalise
  • different sizes and shapes to complement or add new ones to bags, backpacks, shoulder bags designs to bags, backpacks, shoulder bags...
  • Attaches with velcro and includes 1 or 2 velcro fasteners, depending on the model, to keep the compartment closed. The Ref. 032406 has a backpack pendant
  • It can also be personalised using other techniques such as transfer, heat transfer vinyl, screen printing, UV direct printing, DTF, embroidery and rhinestones

 

THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND

  • Leave the Velcro outside the press during the dye sublimation printing
  • Cover the coloured top of the flap with protective paper to prevent it from getting dirty with the print

 

TIPS AND TRICKS

  • Purchase extra flaps to personalise with different designs and change for every occasion
  • Place a double cloth under the flap to get an optimal transfer for an optimal image

RECOMMENDED INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS FOR SUBLIMATION PRINTING

  • Print the design in mode mirror
  • Preheat the press to 200 ºC
  • Place the flap on the base of the press and the printed part of the paper on the flap. Fix them with thermal adhesive tape
  • Close the press with medium pressure for 40-45 seconds
  • With the help of a protective glove remove the newly printed flap the freshly printed
  • Carefully peel off the paper
