DESCRIPTION

• Can be cut to size, bent, and drilled
• The reverse side of Ref. 037023 is white, and the rest of the references are grey

THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND

• The customisable side has a polyethylene protective layer that must be removed before sublimation
• Refs. 050599, 054039, and 050600 are suitable for outdoor use, while the rest of the sheets are recommended for indoor use
• Measurements may vary by a few millimetres

MEASUREMENTS

RECOMMENDED SUBLIMATION INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS

Parameters indicated are for guidance only. It is recommended to conduct preliminary tests to make necessary adjustments before starting production.

• Print the design in mirror mode
• Heat the press to 200 ºC
• Remove the polyethylene film protecting the aluminium sheet
• Place the sheet on the press base
• Position the pre-printed design on the sheet
• Close the press with medium pressure for 90 seconds
• Using a protective glove, remove the freshly printed sheet
• Carefully remove the paper
