RECOMMENDED INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS FOR SUBLIMATION PRINTING
Parameters indicated as for guidance only. It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests in order to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.
- Print the design in mode mirror
- Preheat the press to 180 °C
- Leave the non-sublimatable part of the front side out of the plate. If this is not possible, you can cover it with a piece of thick paper or cardboard to prevent it from getting dirty or damaged during printing
- To avoid damaging the magnet on the clasp of the wallet, place a piece of cloth underneath the magnet to cushion the pressure of the iron
- Place the flap of the wallet on the base of the iron and the printed part of the paper on the flap. Fix it with thermal adhesive tape
- Make sure that the adhesive tape does not touch the skin of the wallet because you might tear it off when you peel it off
- Close the iron at medium pressure for 60 seconds
- With the help of a protective glove, remove the freshly sublimated wallet
- Carefully remove the paper
