DESCRIPTION

RECOMMENDED SUBLIMATION INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS
Parameters indicated as guidance only. It is recommended to conduct preliminary tests to make necessary adjustments before starting production.
MUG PRESS
- Print the design in mirror mode
- Heat the press to 180 °C
- Remove the caps from the bottle
- Place the printed design around the bottle and secure it with thermal adhesive tape
- Fit the bottle with a suitable resistance and then place it in the mug press
- Close the press with medium pressure for 65 seconds
- Using a protective glove, remove the freshly sublimated bottle
- Carefully remove the paper
SUBLIMATION OVEN
- Print the design in mirror mode
- Heat the oven to 180 °C
- Remove the caps from the bottle
- Place the printed design around the bottle and secure it with thermal adhesive tape
- Place and adjust the clamp or insert the bottle into a shrink bag and shrink with the gun. You can also use a silicone sheet
- Place the bottle in the oven for 7 minutes
- Using a protective glove, remove the clamp, silicone sheet, or bag, as applicable
- Carefully remove the paper from the bottle
