INSTRUCTIONS AND RECOMMENDED SUBLIMATION PARAMETERS
Parameters provided as a guideline. It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests in order to make the necessary adjustments before starting production
- Print the design in mirror mode
- Preheat the press to 190 °C
- Place protective paper inside the bag. This will prevent the transfer colour change from one side to the other side of the bag during the sublimation process
- Place the bag on the base of the press and the printed side of the paper on the bag
- Close the press at medium pressure for 40 seconds
- With the help of a protective glove remove the freshly sublimated bag the freshly sublimated film
- Carefully peel off the paper
