RECOMMENDED INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS FOR SUBLIMATION PRINTING
Parameters indicated as for guidance only. It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests in order to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.
- Print the design in mode mirror
- Preheat the press to 200 ºC
- Leave the non-sublimatable part of the flap out of the plate. If this is not possible, you can cover it with a piece of thick paper or cardboard to prevent it from getting dirty or damaged during printing
- Place the wallet flap on the base of the plate and the printed part of the paper on the flap. Fix it with thermal adhesive tape
- Make sure the heat seal tape does not touch the skin of the wallet as you may tear it off when peeling it off
- Close the press at medium pressure for 40-50 seconds
- With the help of a protective glove, remove the wallet with the freshly sublimated flap freshly sublimated
- Carefully peel off the paper
