MANUAL PRESS
- Portable: press irregular or large objects that cannot be placed in conventional presses: umbrellas, chairs, etc.
- 2 integrated handles on the heating plate: to place the press directly on the item and apply pressure
- ThermoMasterTM technology: faster and more even heating of the plate
- Remote control: set the temperature and time and save parameters. Wireless and compact
- Insulating base: silicone with ventilation slots, to rest the press on. Non-slip stoppers on all 4 feet
- Foam pad: serves as a base for pressing and allows even heat distribution
- Audible and visual alerts: when preheated, pressing finished, etc.
- Safe: made of high fire-resistance material, V0 rated according to UL 94 standard. Does not propagate flame or produce incandescent droplets
- Automatic shut-off: after 11 minutes of inactivity
VERTICAL SWING PRESS
- Designed for: obtaining a vertical press with a rotating heating plate by attaching the manual press. No tools required
- Easy assembly: the manual press attaches to the platform without the need for tools
- Rotating arm 360º: makes loading materials easier and prevents burns
- Manual vertical closing and opening: allows DTF film curing while keeping the heating plate close to the film
- Manual pressure adjustment: dial to set the height of the heating plate and pressing pressure
- 3 pressure ranges: low 15-20 kg, medium 20-25 kg, and high 25-30 kg
- Power cable slot: prevents the cable from tangling when rotating the arm
- Stable structure: non-slip feet, with longer rear feet for greater stability when rotating the arm
MINI PRESS
- Perfect for: pressing irregular and hard-to-reach areas thanks to its flat, pointed heating plate
- 3 preset temperatures: low 145 ºC, medium 180 ºC, and high 205 ºC
- Compatible with the remote control: by inserting the transceiver into the slot in the handle
- Foam pad: serves as a base for pressing and allows even heat distribution
- Insulating base: silicone with ventilation slots, for resting the press. Non-slip stoppers
- Front button: turns the press on/off and selects the temperature level
- Audible and visual alerts: when switched on/off and when preheating is complete, etc.
- Automatic shut-off: after 11 minutes of inactivity. Also detects overheating and overcurrent and shuts off for safety
REMOTE CONTROL
- 4 preset programmes: with different temperatures and times, adjustable as required
- Custom presets: possibility to save 4 custom temperature and time settings, replacing the default ones
- Single-use programme: set temperature and time for a single use, which will be deleted when the remote is switched off
- Easy synchronisation with the press: quickly links to the machine by pressing a single button
- Saved pairing with the press: remembers the machine it is paired with when the transceiver is inserted
THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND
- The remote control cannot be used on two presses at the same time, only on the machine with the transceiver connected
- The Smart manual press will not heat up unless the remote control is paired
- The kit includes a silicone pad that can be used with all 3 presses
TIPS AND ADVICE
It is possible to cure DTF film with this press:
- Place the film on the base plate
- Set the temperature and time with the remote control
- Adjust the height of the heating plate using the platform dial
- When finished, rotate the arm and remove the film
