<p><strong>INSTRUCTIONS AND RECOMMENDED SUBLIMATION AND APPLICATION PARAMETERS</strong></p>
<p>Parameters indicated with <strong>as a guideline</strong>. It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests in order to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.</p>
<p><strong>PATCH SUBLIMATION</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Print the design on <strong>mode</strong><strong> mirror</strong></li>
<li>Preheat the press to<span class="azul-negrita"> 180 °C</span></li>
<li>Place the printed part of the paper on the patch of leatheretteand fix it with thermal adhesive tape</li>
<li>Close the press with <strong>pressure half </strong>for <span class="azul-negrita">60 seconds</span></li>
<li>With the help of a protective glove, remove the freshly applied patch. sublimated</li>
<li>Peel off the paper carefully</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>APPLYING HOTMELT FILM TO THE PATCH<br></strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Place the patch on the lower platen of the press with the sublimated side facing down and the rough side of the patch on the sheet side down and the rough side of the back of the patch. It is recommended to place protective paper on the lower platen and on top of the sheet</li>
<li>Iron at <span class="azul-negrita">140 ºC</span> for <span class="azul-negrita">15 seconds</span> to adhere the adhesive to the patch. sheet to the patch</li>

<p><strong>APPLICATION OF THE CUSTOM PATCH<br></strong></p>
