RECOMMENDED INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS FOR SUBLIMATION PRINTING
Parameters indicated as for guidance only. It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests in order to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.
- Print the design in mode mirror
- Preheat the press to 200 ºC
- Place the flap of the wallet on the base of the iron and the printed part of the paper on the flap. Fix it with thermal adhesive tape
- Leave the non-sublimatable part of the flap outside the plate. If this is not possible, you can cover it with a piece of protective paper or cardboard to prevent it from getting dirty or damaged during printing
- Close the iron with medium pressure for 40-50 seconds
- With the help of a protective glove remove the wallet with the freshly sublimated flap
- Carefully remove the paper
