These General Conditions (henceforth, the "General Conditions") regulate the use of the website www.brildor.com (henceforth, the "Website") owned by Brildor S.L. (henceforth "Brildor") and the conditions of purchase of products through the Website.

Brildor is an online platform for the marketing of products and services offered by Brildor S.L., a Spanish company, with registered office at Pol. Ind. La Creueta, Calle Constitución, 7, 03827 Benimarfull, Alicante. Brildor S.L. is recorded at Alicante's Mercantile Registry under Volume 1612, Folio 116, Section 8, Page No. 22108, Inscription 9, with VAT Number B03308681.

By accepting the General Conditions, the User consents to be considered a customer from Brildor S.L., and their data shall become part of the database files of said company, and the processing of those files will be in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Brildor provides information on products and services and gives the possibility of acquiring them or hiring its services through the Website.

These General Conditions are the only conditions applicable to the use of the Website and hiring of products or services through the Website and replace any other conditions, except by prior written agreement between Brildor and the Customer. Therefore, the Customer or User who accesses the Website and proceeds to the contracting of products or services through the Website agrees to submit and is bound to the General Conditions as they are written at the time at which the Website is accessed.

Brildor only sells to professionals or people who have the project to start a commercial activity in the short term. Therefore, by acquiring our products and accepting these conditions of sale, you expressly waive the rights applicable to consumer products, only applicable to final consumers.

It is imperative to read and follow the instructions for the use of the products, which are located in the text of the corresponding product card of this online store.


Information about products and services

The description of the products and services offered on the Website are made based on the information and documents we have or that are provided by our suppliers.

The photographs are intended to provide maximum information about products and services.

In the event that, due to circumstances beyond our control, the product or Service is not available after the order is placed, Brildor will notify the Customer by email as soon as possible in order to find a solution.


Prices for products and services

The prices of the products and services offered on our Website do not include VAT or other applicable taxes. Also, these prices do not include the products' shipping costs.

All our invoices are issued exclusively in euros.

Brildor reserves the right to modify its prices at any moment. Products and Services will be billed at the prices in effect at the time of order processing.

Brildor uses every means at its disposal to offer the information contained in its Website and its communication tools (email, social media, etc.) truthfully and without typographical errors. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Brildor disclaims any responsibility in the event of technical and/or human errors related to price changes. In the event that at some point there is an error of this kind, at all times outside the will of Brildor, they would be corrected immediately. If, while an error of this kind exists in any of the prices or products shown, a customer has made a purchase decision based on said error, Brildor will notify it to the customer, cancelling their purchase and refunding the amount paid.

Discounts are not cumulative with offer prices.


Shipping, Shipping rates, and Availability

Shipping costs will be calculated based on the destination or delivery address, as well as the volume and weight of the products purchased.

Brildor reserves the right to modify the conditions required for the Free Shipping service, and we recommend customers to check said conditions before placing the order.

The modification of the shipping cost policy will not affect orders confirmed prior to that moment.

The shipping address must be registered to the same country as the billing address. The corresponding taxes will be applied according to the country where the order is delivered.

Our delivery service is always door to door unless expressly agreed otherwise. If the customer's shipping address is located on an upper floor than the ground floor, and an order has been placed with bulky or heavy goods, the agency might only be able to deliver it at street level.

Orders placed from Andorra will be presented for collection at Seu d'Urgell or Puigcerdà transport agency offices. In this way, customers from Andorra will pay national shipping rates and no customs clearance costs will be generated. When placing an order from Andorra, the Customer must indicate in the "Observations" section where he would like to pick up the order, either in Seu d'Urgell or in Puigcerdà. If not indicated, it will be understood that the delivery is to be made in Seu d'Urgell.

Product availability is displayed on each product card. When placing an order, the delivery date will be that of the product with the latest availability date.


Payment of products and services

During the processing of the order, the customer must pay immediately by credit or debit card, bank transfer, or via the Paypal system.

Orders will only be prepared when the payment gets confirmed. For this reason, purchases paid by credit card/Paypal will be processed immediately. For bank transfer payments, the order will be processed once it reaches our account. If we do not receive payment for your order in 7 business days, it will automatically be cancelled.

Consider paying by card for its many advantages: immediacy, immediate stock reservation, payment financing, cost reduction.

Bank transfer payments will not be accepted for products included in special campaigns.


Credit in favour of the customer

When there is credit in favour of the Customer, that amount will show in the "My credit" section from "My account". It can then be used at any time by selecting it in "Payment methods".


Returns and exchanges

Deadline for returns is 30 days from the product delivery date.

In requesting a refund or exchange of a product purchased at Brildor, the Customer shall send an email to customersupport@brildor.com giving the order number and stating the problem. They will then get contacted by email to manage the return or replacement. When the customer receives confirmation that the product is going to be picked up by the agency, we will understand that the products are ready and immediately available during business hours.

If returning reasons are not caused by Brildor, the Customer will have to send the merchandise through their agency, and the refund will be made to the Loyalty Credit. It can then be used on their next purchase.

In the case of orders produced on demand, the cancellation will not be possible once the request has been made, if the production phase has already started. Therefore, the amount paid for the production service is not refundable, because products manufactured on demand cannot be sold.

We offer a 1-year warranty on manufacturing faults unless otherwise specified by the manufacturer. In the case of SECOND HAND or REFURBISHED products, this warranty shall be 6 months unless stated otherwise on the product card. Consumables carry no warranty.

Our technical department is available at our facilities. Costs for the shipping of the machine to our headquarters and its return to your workshop are covered during the warranty period. If this period has ended, shipping costs will be paid by the customer.
