RECOMMENDED INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS FOR SUBLIMATION PRINTING
Parameters are given as a guide only. It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests in order to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.
Print the design in direct mode
Preheat the press to 180 ºC
Place the printed design on the base or flat part of the gem. Fix them with adhesive heat tape
Place the gem on the lower platen of the press with the base facing upwards
Close the press with medium pressure for 180 seconds
With the help of a protective glove remove the freshly sublimed gem the freshly sublimated
Carefully peel off the paper
After cooling, place the adhesive on the double-sided on the base of the gem and adhere it inside the frame of the pendant
