DESCRIPTION
- White plastic reinforced with fibreglass (FRP)
- Heart-shaped, customisable on both sides
- Rounded corners
- Customise the badge with an ID, photo, original message, or for use as a corporate gift or promotional item
ACCESSORIES FOR ATTACHING TO BADGES
SAFETY PINS
- Metal pin to attach to clothing
- Secure fastening prevents the pin from opening
- Flat plastic base of 37 mm with adhesive for fixing to the badge

MAGNETS
- Secure attachment of the badge to clothing
- Prevents damage to fabric
- Plastic base with 2 or 3 neodymium magnets. Placed inside the garment to hold the badge
- Metal plate with adhesive for fixing to the badge
POINTS TO CONSIDER
- They do not include a transparent protective plastic film on the customisable side
- Rectangular and oval badges should be sublimated on the smooth side, where the fibreglass is not visible
- The safety pin or magnet should be attached to the back of the badge after sublimation

RECOMMENDED SUBLIMATION INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS
Parameters are provided as a guideline. It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.
- Print the design in mirror mode
- Heat the press to 200 ºC
- Place the badge on the base of the press and the printed side of the paper onto the badge
- Close the press at medium pressure for 60 seconds
- With the help of a protective glove, remove the freshly printed badge
- Carefully remove the paper
- Attach the safety pin or magnet to the back of the badge
